Luis did a 5-star job from start to finish. Professional, concise and accurate in his evaluation and estimation, was able to start AND finish our small job the day I called (!), and the carpet pad replacement, re-stretching, and seams look fantastic. He was also just the nicest guy with the best energy—our dogs loved him. Highly recommend, will 100% use again if we need to.
